Terms of Service

Welcome to Tutro. These terms are the agreement between you and Tutro, Inc. when you use tutro.ai or any of our apps. Please read them — we tried to keep them short.

Your account

You need a Tutro account to generate lessons. You must be at least 13 years old to sign up for your own account. Parents can create learner profiles for children under 13 from a parent account.

What you can do with Tutro

You can generate lessons for your own learning, for your own kids, or for your classroom on a school plan. You can share a lesson to the community and it will be available for free to everyone. You keep the rights to prompts and images you upload; by sharing a lesson publicly you give Tutro a license to display it in the community.

What you can’t do

• Upload content you don’t have permission to use.
• Upload content that is illegal, hateful, or sexual.
• Scrape or resell Tutro content without a written agreement.
• Use Tutro to generate content targeting real people without consent.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from Settings and your plan stays active until the end of the current period. We use Stripe for payments and never see your full card number.

Content accuracy

Tutro lessons are generated by AI. We work hard on accuracy but AI can make mistakes. Always double-check anything important, especially for schoolwork that will be graded or for anything safety-critical.

Changes

If we make material changes to these terms we’ll email every active user at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
